Which forwarder will deliver my order?
Colissimo is our partner to deliver your packages as soon as possible. Your packags are delivered through 2 to 4 open days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We are doing our best to deliver your packages as soon as possible. We are preparing your orders carefully from Monday to Friday, within 48 hours. As soon as your packages are within colissimo’s hands, you can follow your package on their website thanks to the communicated number on the order form sent through email.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping charges are offered for all orders excluding for samples orders.
How can I track my order /shipment?
You will receive a shipment advice by e-mail containing a link to the tracking information. If you are a registered customer you may also track your shipment by logging into your profile.
The package is delivered directly to your address. If you're not at home when the delivery arrives, an attempted delivery notification will be put through your letterbox. This notification will indicate the date and time of the attempted delivery, together with the post office where you can collect your package.
How much time do I have to return a product?
Upon delivery of the order, you must check the conformity and the status of your package in the presence of the carrier and notice all relevant concerns about apparent defects (missing product, damaged package).
You are invited to contact the Customer Service within 14 days of receipt. Except for legitimate reasons, any claim beyond this period will be considered inadmissible.
If after 7 days you still haven't received your package, and no notification has been left, please try checking the status of your package on the Colissimo website. You can contact customer services by e-mail by clicking here.
How can I return a product?
If you no longer want one or more of the products ordered, you can return it/them in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
In order to return the unwanted product, simply follow the steps as indicated below:
Send back the item in its entirety and in its original packaging. (unopened and untouched packaging, accessories, notice ...). Only items returned in their original state will be accepted and refunded.
Attach signed "return voucher" and a copy of the " delivery slip". Returns made without the afore mentioned “return voucher" are not accepted.
Return the package by COLISSIMO SUIVI (only registered Standard Colissimo) to the address indicated below: ZYLANGIA - SERVICE CLIENTS INTERNET - 25, avenue George V, 75008 Paris.
Only Goods returned within 14 days of its receipt by the Buyer would be accepted by MARINA DE BOURBON.
If the return is due to an error on our part, the customer has to contact, within maximum 7 days, customer service by filling the online form on the page " Contact Us ". A prepaid label will be send on the condition of proof. If your product does not satisfy you, return costs are your responsibility.
How will my returned product be credited?
The amount will be credited to the same credit card account used for the original purchase once the return is received and checked. Delays are incurred by the banking circuit.
If I return a product, are the shipment costs reimbursed?
If the return is due to an error on our part, the customer has to contact customer service which will send a prepaid label on the condition of proof.
If your product does not satisfy you, return costs are your responsibility.
