    ESSENCE OF A PRINCESS, BIRTH OF A HOUSE…

    “I was born in Paris on the 5th of September and still consider this date a “lucky day”.

    Since childhood, I've always been a nature lover. I was constantly with my nose in the flowers, fascinated by the beautiful scents of berries and wild plants, and the evocative power of their perfumes. Each scent tells a story. Intimate and personal interpretations that echo the memory of each of us and invite us on a journey.

    I wanted to try to interpret them and share them with others through my own olfactory vision. I wondered how to be satisfied…

    I spent my childhood between fashion, the architecture of Paris and my beautiful countryside.

    One day, at the age of 10, I decided to take things further and had the idea of ​​trying to create my own perfume. I was quickly met with surprise after surprise. Nothing predestined me for this creative future, but it was a real revelation...

    I took an orange blossom from my parents' cupboard, which I mixed with rose petals, green leaves, berries, iris, sage, violets... Everything I could find in my vegetable garden!

    After a week in the sun, I dried them all in a white cloth. The scents were more powerful in the heat of the sun, and I was overwhelmed by the smells.

    But the result wasn't what I'd hoped for. From that moment on, I realized my lack of knowledge, but the determined young woman in me wasn't going to stop there...

    My dream came true after many years, in 1993, when I turned to people who could understand me, listen to me, and advise me in the creation of my perfumes. I met Gilles Pommereau, an enchanting encounter, which marked the birth of the Maison Parfums Princesse Marina de Bourbon.

    We have worked together for over 20 years, creating new fragrances with three primary qualities: delighting the senses, creating mystery, and inspiring dreams...

    Each time, I imagined my perfumes as the ultimate touch of elegance and freedom, offered to all non-conformist, independent and multifaceted women, whatever their origin, age or culture.

    This is how my dream came true: my fragrances reveal women to themselves. They allow each woman who wears them to be a muse, a lover, and an independent woman...
