Why did I receive different samples to the ones I requested?

We try our best to send you the samples you ask for but from time to time we might run out. When this happens, our Marina de Bourbon Consultants choose an alternative that they think you might like based on your order.

The item that I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

The Marina de Bourbon fragrances are made in France and the manufacturing process can sometimes take longer than bigger brands. Unfortunately we can’t normally predict when we will receive more of the product, but if you’d like to email us with the contact form, we’ll notify you as soon as it comes back in stock.


I have found discounted Marina de Bourbon fragrances on another website. Why are they allowed to make discounts and are their products real?

Choosing a fragrance is something very personal and we tend to choose our fragrance based on our habits or olfactory memory. This memory is often linked to our emotions or even our lifestyle. I can no longer smell my fragrance, when I have been using it for some time.    What should I do?

First of all, this is quite normal and due to the fact that you have become accustomed to the scent. As a result, you can no longer perceive it on yourself as you used to. But don't worry - other people will still be able to smell your scent. There is a simple way to enhance your usual scent if you wish: use a complementary products from the fragrance range, such as a body lotion. These leave a delicate fragrant film on your skin, so you can sense your fragrance all day long.

How do I make changes to my account?

Once there are products in your basket, you can check the content by clicking on the basket, and then continue by clicking on the 'Order' button.


Can I place an order as a gift for someone?

Yes, it is possible to order as a gift for someone else and include a personalised message. The recipient of your gift will not receive the invoice.


How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All of your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. We will update you by e-mail when your package is being prepared and dispatched.


How can I find out the status of my order?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your order has been confirmed. This e-mail will contain an order summary, together with a link which you can click on to access your account and to track the status of your order. Your order will show as 'Being prepared' and finally 'Dispatched'. You will also receive a further e-mail to let you know when your package has been passed to the transporter, which will include a parcel tracking number enabling you to track the progress of your package.


I'd like to cancel /modify my order.

Please contact Customer Service for any cancellation/modification requests as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any modifications to orders where possible, however, we are unable to fulfil your request if order has already been processed and packed.


Can I exchange a product?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. You may return for a full refund and place a new order. Shipment charges, if applied to your order, will not be refunded.


What should I do if my product is damaged or if I haven't received the product I ordered?
